Johana Barragán is a professional with a multidisciplinary background in auditing, accounting, and law, enabling her to provide a comprehensive approach to advising and resolving legal, asset, business, and family-related matters.

She began her career as a Public Auditor and Certified Public Accountant, gaining experience in financial analysis, internal control, regulatory compliance, and administrative management. Driven by her vocation for service and commitment to protecting people’s rights, she later earned her law degree and became an Attorney-at-Law admitted to practice before the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic of Ecuador, complementing her legal expertise with a strong financial and administrative background.

Throughout her university studies, she distinguished herself through academic excellence, being recognized as the Top Graduate of her Law Program and receiving Academic Merit and Academic Excellence scholarships.

Her professional practice focuses primarily on Real Estate Law and Family Law, areas she approaches with dedication, commitment, and a strong sense of empathy. She also has a particular interest in mediation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution, firmly believing that dialogue is a fundamental tool for achieving effective and sustainable solutions.
