Arleth Navas is an accomplished lawyer with solid experience in litigation, mediation, procedural law, civil law, and corporate law. She provides top-tier legal advice and representation, ensuring that her clients receive effective and personalized legal solutions. Currently, she is part of the FIDAL Latin America Leadership School, where she enhances her professional expertise and explores the application of artificial intelligence in law.
A graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Arleth has held key positions at the Ministry of the Environment, the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, and the Metropolitan Tax Directorate of Quito. Her work with financial institutions and prestigious private law firms has given her a comprehensive perspective on the legal landscape in Ecuador.
As a teaching assistant in corporate and commercial law, Arleth discovered her passion for education and mentoring the next generation of legal professionals. She authored Ecuador’s first thesis on the legal analysis of crowdlending as a corporate entity, pioneering the understanding and regulation of this innovative financial model.
Her leadership extended beyond the courtroom when she served as Director of the PUCE Law School Association in 2019, showcasing her exceptional organizational and management skills.
