Currently, Katherine is a junior lawyer with a strong focus on corporate law. Since becoming a lawyer at the firm, she has provided legal counsel to companies across various industries, assisting with the drafting and review of contracts and corporate documents, and supporting the incorporation, restructuring, and dissolution of companies.
