Initially, his professional practice focused on litigation in both civil and criminal law matters. He has also been involved in cases related to unfair trade practices and restrictive practices within Competition Law.
More recently, he has practiced in areas related to intellectual property, particularly aspects related to trademarks.
Having had a background in business administration prior to law, he serves as the managing partner of the Firm.
He is a lawyer from the International University of Ecuador and holds a degree in Administration and Marketing from the San Francisco University of Quito.
