In contentious matters, he has participated in complex cases, including proceedings against the State. His experience combines legal analysis with a practical approach to disputes, focused on identifying strategies that provide for the effective protection of his clients’ interests.
His intellectual property practice encompasses the protection and enforcement of intangible assets, while in contractual and real estate matters he participates in the legal analysis and structuring of transactions and business arrangements. This combination enables him to handle matters involving multiple areas of law.
As part of Quevedo & Ponce, he participates in the analysis and resolution of matters requiring coordination among different practice areas, particularly those involving litigation, contractual, or property-related issues.
He holds a law degree from Universidad Internacional SEK and is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Republic of Ecuador.
